Days 6 to 10

Good intentions... Here's the short version of the last 5 days: Pretty much the same as the first 5 days. I haven't had any wheat/grain products or dairy or sugar or alcohol. That's not really a problem except for the alcohol. The only exercise has been my morning runs every other day. I'm feeling a little better in general. My back still aches, along with my left hip, and I'm still icing once or twice a day, but overall there's been an improvement.

Went to Overtime Pub last night and drank WATER!!! That was very difficult. I'm going to the lake this weekend. I hope to eat somewhat within the plan, but there's no way I'm not gonna have a few cold beers while I'm there. I'm just sayin'.... So let's hope for the best.

Oh yea, my weight has been stuck right around 185 all week. I might be eating a little too much meat and nuts, while not having enough vegetables. That's my preference though, so I'm the only one to blame. And then there's the exercises that I'm supposed to be doing...
